Tambi\u00e9n necesitamos fibra, que aunque no es un nutriente en s\u00ed mismo, es muy necesaria porque es como la escoba que ayuda a barrer los desechos s\u00f3lidos del cuerpo. Estos \u00faltimos tambi\u00e9n se encuentran en los alimentos de la tierra integrales, es decir, sin refinar, tal cual han sido dados en la naturaleza. Los alimentos de origen animal no tienen fibra, y eso es un gran problema, porque la gente consume en exceso de ese tipo de alimentos. Lo cierto es que se come mucho de lo que no hay que comer y apenas se come de lo que se deber\u00eda, y en lo que a salud se refiere, esa brecha nutricional es la base de much\u00edsimos padecimientos.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hablemos ahora de los \u00e1cidos grasos. Los \u00e1cidos grasos forman parte de los nutrientes esenciales que hemos mencionado anteriormente. Entre ellos se encuentran el omega 3, 6 y 9, aunque tambi\u00e9n se habla de omega 6 y 7. Cuando los animales ten\u00edan una cadena alimentaria basada en la hierba, los productos de origen animal conten\u00edan omega 3. Si los animales comen ma\u00edz, soya y palma, que son plantas muy ricas en omega 6, los productos animales contienen menos omega 3 y demasiado omega 6. De repente tenemos una cadena alimentaria desequilibrada que empieza en los campos y que acaba en nuestro cuerpo. Cada vez que nuestro cuerpo sufre una agresi\u00f3n los \u00e1cidos grasos omega 6 producen una inflamaci\u00f3n protectora. Pero si ya no tenemos \u00e1cidos grasos omega 3 para reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n, es como un tsunami, es una cat\u00e1strofe en nuestras c\u00e9lulas. Tenemos 20 veces las mol\u00e9culas necesarias para encender el fuego y no hay suficientes bomberos.
